Had fullll intentions yesterday to finally do a workout but I went to bed/woke up *not sick* but feeling so weak and achy. I knew it would've been such bad quality so I reluctantly decided to take a rest day. It's frustrating when you have training plans but then your body or social schedule have another.
Today I felt a lot better but still a bit congested. My lungs hurt a lot but my legs felt recovered and wanted to go. I think I found a good middle ground.
