I was really focused this ET. I kept my eyes up and looking ahead the entire time which really helped. Halfway through I stopped checking my watch and trusted that my legs knew what to do. The last two miles were slower but it works out better because I could just focus on running and not be obsessed with pace. Once I got into the rhythm I felt like I could and wanted to keep going for longer. Plus GP is 7:09 so I'm happy it feels comfortable.
