Finally accepting that something is up. I felt very calm and confident going in and planned to start at 6:10 pace and pick it up by the end. Started off as planned and had 2 women in sight that took it out slightly faster. Passed the one who fell off and honed in on the other. Mentally I was in it, telling myself to keep speeding up to catch her. I just could not get my legs to move though so it was frustrating. Based on the workouts I had been doing til then (although minimal) I felt that I could at least get to 6 min pace. It just didn't happen.

Spoke with some teammembers and they suggested upping my dose of Vit D from 2000 IU to 5000. I'll also be consistent with iron even though my doctor told me I wasn't alarmingly low.
