I don't know the exact mile split, but after taking it out hard until the bottle neck and then settling into a comfortable pace, I was definitely feeling good when I hit the mile. Then I casually picked it up throughout. This race I broke up into chunks and just focused on getting to that next point. That small change in mindset definitely made a positive difference.

Shoutout to maddie s for the "punch the butt" technique before the start of the race. It helped my butt from not cramping during the race.

It was gorgeous running weather and the day was definitely the best. I <3 my team :)
