After PT-- all I could fit in before work.

WU + 6x2min detroit hills + CD

I've been feeling like hills are a weakpoint so decided to subject myself to this pain. I basically chanted "I hate hills " in my head for the first few, but I changed my attitude and the last two were mentally very good.
