Armory workouts are interesting because there's a lot going on, but it kept it.. engaging.
I don't know why I struggling keeping pace for longer reps. For the 800s, I was on pace but didn't maintain it for the last 2 laps so those were a little slower than goal. I need to work on focusing on one lap at a time rather than just thinking of trying to get through the whole thing.
