Started the first half mile pretty slow, but got to the first mile at 8:30. The second was about 7:50 pace. The average of the rest of the thirty minutes was about 8, but it’s hard to really tell because I don’t actually know the exact of each mile. First part of the pickup I only got to 7:46. Then 7:42. The last mile to home plus .3 miles extra ended up being 7 flat pace. I felt like I consistently picked it up, even though the times don’t show that, so picking random spots and calculating times from there doesn’t seem to be working very well. I’m starting to turn to the dark side with wanting a gps watch.
