Notes
Due to travel, getting in a solid long run was easier to do today.
I was feeling really really good today so after a few miles easing into it I just cruised along. Hit a few new roads on the run which is always fun, and it was very sunny and pleasant. The distance also ended up being perfect and I didn't have to add on at all which is always a bonus.
