My brother had his last baseball game over in Colonie so I took that opportunity to run somewhere new. It was going well until Valley Rd is actually Vly Rd so I thought I was lost. The run included a dog chasing me and a really cute smiley old man.
In general I can never breathe through of my nose because my allergies/sinuses are all screwed up. During the Olympic Trials, Molly Huddle had what I'm guessing is a sinus strip so I thought "Hey, maybe I'll give that a try." So I tried it out last night to bed and today on the run. I did not know that you could get so much oxygen through your nose, it was incredible. My family laughs at me because I look weird, but it works wonders so I don't care. I'm still getting used to being able to breathe out of my nose, but it is a nice option to have.
Also when I got done I slammed 41oz of water in 3 minutes. I think that's a new record.
