Notes

well thaaaat was harder than it should have been. I am in the mindset now that I will be getting back into consistent running and I think my body doesn't like the thought of that. I know getting back into a constant routine is difficult so I am going to focus on staying extra motivated these next few weeks, despite how hard it feels at first. Game plan will be to work up my milage for the first few weeks and ease into it. Also being diligent about stretches and core. It's been two days and my quad has already reminded me of that. I can't wait to get back into the swing of things!!!
