Notes
I took a visit to a knowledgeable guy over the weekend and got some advice on shoes I should wear. I hopped on a tredmil and realized the shoes I've been wearing are moreorless forcing me to run flatfooted, and neural shoes are the one for me. When I hopped on barefoot, it felt so much more comfortable/natural to run midfoot.
I've switched back to my oldd pegs because the structures have been making my glutes, hip, and back be in a lott of pain. Today I ran the whole run landing midfoot and it didn't feel as natural, but I am hoping with new shoes (ETA Wednesday) it will feel more comfortable.
