Skips and plyos on a side street before starting the fartlek.
CV fartlek, 2 minutes on 1 minute off. With Karina around slushy riding club.
It could have been from running in the snow, but my arches were really achy during the CV especially at the end. But once we got on georgian they were totally fine. Going to make sure to do some extra arch rolling.
