Notes
When I looked at the workout chart, I was originally listed for workout C which was the 3xmile, but now I'm looking and see I maybe should have done 4x800.
What a rollercoaster. Good news, I feel okay running faster paces so I should be able to get through the race on Monday. I learned that anything slower than 6:30 is just incredibly painful. I massaged my arch before the first mile and I felt weirdly good for that first mile. After jogging 90 sec recovery and trying to start back into the second mile was so so much pain. I really didn't think I could get through it. But I somehow managed to finish it and I again took off my shoe and massaged my arch to get rid of some overall tightness and then felt good going into the last mile. I don't understand how there can be such a difference in pain levels based on the pace I'm running.
This ankle/foot/ pain is a different type of pain, but more painful than the stress fracture I had years ago.
