GREAT run -first long run in a long time. Brought Gel-bot. Had just enough Gu, but not quite enough water.
Watch knees, hips, ankle, back.
Got sharp pain in ankle around 6.5 miles - dulled a little bit in time. Back is being very fussy causing problems with hips and probably ankles as well.
Knees were not painful, but somewhat rickety after the run.
I think a BQ may be do-able and I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't think about a 3:30 marathon.

1: 10:55.8 HR 123 (Stopped to fiddle with water bottle)
2: 10:00.5 HR 134 (Pee break, but not included in time)
3: 9:34 HR 138 (Nice!)
4: 9:20 HR 141 (Nicer!)
5: 9:59 HR 144
6: 9:19 HR 142
7: 9:16 HR 141 (Holy cow!)
8: 9:36 HR 142
9: (8:51 pace HR 148 for .71 miles)
Almost perfectly run negative splits!
