First ~7.5 miles were at base pace, then I ran 6x600m at 5k pace on the South Brunswick High School track. BLAH. Hard work, especially with strong winds. But good stuff!

Wow, Frank! You are killing it with the workouts. Seeing this speed is making me want to do some quicker stuff, but I am too scared to get injured before my races. I think I'm being too paranoid at this point. Nice job man!
