This was a great run! My knees have been tight the last few days and my calves sore, and after taking the will power and grace class I expected this run to be grueling. But it was pain free and smooth. A bit challenging to keep the pace, but I wasn't out of breath or struggling. I wish all my runs could be like this.
I felt so great, I kept my fast pace an extra two miles (but my motives were mixed - I also did that to finish the run before 7pm when the gym closed - which gave me an extra 80 seconds).
