1st in a series of an 8 week course of willPower and Grace. This is a high intensity cardio class with no breaks. Lots of squats and lunges today. Held plank for 2:15 but could have gone on longer. Instructor set my personal goal to get to 5 minutes on the plank. It will be boring to stay in a plank for 5 minutes -- I should bring a book to read :)
