Notes

High intensity. Hovers, jogging/speed, jumps, seated climb, two standing climbs, runs. Yarik (across from me in spin class) cramped up in his hamstring. I noticed he didn't have any water, though I don't think the class is long enough to get dehydrated. I wonder if he's overtraining.
