Notes
This was a warm-up run before starting 5:30am karate class. My joints and muscles were a bit sore from yesterday's run. However, it went slower than I expected. I must admit, I forgot to press "STOP" on the RunKeeper iPhone app when I was done with my run and it showed me running 4 miles in 1.5 hours. So I manually edited the gpx file so it didn't look like I ran 20 minute miles. In addition, I am pretty sure this route is at least 3 miles, but the iPhone tracked it at 2.92 miles.
