Again, my back has a tight pain near the left shoulder blade, the right knee is tight and my left quad has a deep soreness. I thought this might be my only run (scheduled for two today) because of my discomfort, but once I started up it went okay. It wasn't a great run and I remember looking at the display wishing the four miles were already over, but after mile 2 I felt better. Must focus on stretching, rolling and rest this week. Marathon on SUNDAY! What a relief actually - it's been a long training season and harder than I've ever done. I hope the training I have put in gets me to the finish line in my target time, and I can perform well in spite of these nagging pains.
