Notes

1st day of Karate Winter Special Training at Gold's.

Basics/Warm-up.

1 mile run outside barefoot, no shirts, carrying bricks. (You can't make this stuff up.)

Back inside: 100 kicks, each leg, counting in Japanese. I led the circle from the center.

5 step attack sparring.

Heian NiDan and Heian Shodan, several times each.

Stretching - wrap-up. Abs: held v-sit with arms behind head for 50 count, but we all had to count in japanese which takes twice as long, hahaha.
