Immediately after spin class, did the following ab exercises:
Situps on resistaball with 1 20lb DB, raising DB to ceiling x30
V-sit hold swinging resistaball to right side x15, then to left side.
Leg and Arm Extension with resistaball and 20lb DB
"Clams", legs holding resistaball, extend straight out, then retract back in with arms. 2 sets
Hip raises from plank position with shins on resistaball until toes are on ball.
Plank with one leg on the resistaball, holding other leg out straight to the side; 15 secs each leg, x2 sets.
Plank with one leg on the resistaball, holding other leg out straight to the side but then roll in the other leg on the resistaball. (single-knee roll-ins)
