Notes
This was an easy run, but my legs wanted to go in the last mile, so I increased the pace to 6:46. Unfortunately, after 6/10th of a mile, I felt the blisters on my feet start to slide a bit. I continued the run, but after inspecting the blisters (on the soles of both feet where I land, midfoot) I can see they are now agitated a bit more and filled with fluid again. Will need to drain them again before tomorrow's karate class.
