This was an easy run, but my legs wanted to go in the last mile, so I increased the pace to 6:46. Unfortunately, after 6/10th of a mile, I felt the blisters on my feet start to slide a bit. I continued the run, but after inspecting the blisters (on the soles of both feet where I land, midfoot) I can see they are now agitated a bit more and filled with fluid again. Will need to drain them again before tomorrow's karate class.

Man! 7:40 is easy for you, with a 6:46 at the end. That is awesome. Take care of those blisters on your feet, because you use them when you run. So are you just trying this out, or are you planning on continuing to use this site? It's pretty sweet :)
