Notes
This turned out to be a horrible run. Probably one of my worst this year. I don't think I ate properly prior to the run (night before, and breakfast) and I wasn't properly hydrated for the heat of a 12:00 run. A few miles into the run, I felt it wasn't going well and my knee was bothering me and thought about turning back early, but I pressed on running further from my starting point. In the 9th mile, I walked because I felt so crappy, then started to jog again. Miles 10 and 11 were garbage and I walked most of them so I struck them from the results.
