Notes

1 mile warm up, then 8:00 pace for the remainder on the Gold's gym treadmill. No one showed up for karate today because of the polar bear plunge, so I just used the treadmill during class. I figured I'll have my fill of wind and cold later at the plunge, so enjoyed the comforts of the gym atmosphere.
