I wanted to go longer, but my legs just felt too heavy and extremely tired. My miles for the week did increase though. Started out at 6.7 mph for a quarter mile, but then cut it back to 6.2 mph. At 3 miles, I stopped for two minutes for a drink of water. Started back at 6.7 mph for a quarter mile and cut back again to 6.2 mph. Calves are starting to feel sore.
