Notes

I just didn't want to do this run today. I'm recovering from pnuemonia, it's colder than all get out. I have more stress than needed at work, but I decided to go in and start.

Plan get on the TM set it at 8 min pace and run an hour.

It may come as no surprise to anyone, but 8:00 bores me, so after 2 miles I ticked it up to 7:45 (HR 149)

2 miles later up to 7:30 (153)

2 miles later up to 7:00 (153)

1.9 miles later and end of hour (HR 166) <-- I think that was due to the stupid random hills that seemed stuck on 3.5-5% for the last mile

then a 1 mile @ 8:00 to cooldown.
