OK the goal here today was 5x2mi at 10 secs under MP. Steady the whole way. It was alos 85 at the start at 79 at the finish.

I did 3x2 and then on the last 2 I did a mile rest and half. I wilted, but not as bad at the weekends race so I'm getting better w/ heat; I think

I see you changed the workout due to heat but like you said on a post last night you go it done! and done well! Seriously, your endurance and speed are right where you want it. I'm excited about Boston for you...Ok now I need to find me a microphone and sneak in one of Candice's suitcases to see you all run there.
