Anywhere from 10-20; he originally wanted 38, and I explained that 38 is not in my practice realm.

Have fun with it! I was contemplating a 12HR run after the FANS talk and then I got up at 4am this morning for 10 miles...funny how fast I can change my mind ; )

I hear you; I really enjoy the long runs when I do them, but they take so long to recover from and that keeps F'ing with track/5k/10k training.
Btw, you had a nice lil interval workout. I've found that the key to a good marathon has little to do with training and all to do with the weather ;) Pray to mother nature for a bit.
