Weather: "mostly sunny and 99 degrees, slight breeze"
Interval Comment: "4 loops at HQ trail, 2 miles on treadmill"
Comment: "Went outside again today in the heat. Slight breeze made it more comfortable, so I went 8 miles on the trail, then ended up with a hard 2 on the treadmill. Finished treadmill in 16 minutes, with about 3/4 mile at 7:30 pace. Felt good to get a good run in, was beginning to think I was losing my edge. Need to get the mileage back up in the 50 plus/weekly."
