Interval Comment: "From MADD Shelter to Rockledge, reverse to end of trail, back to Rockledge reverse to MADD Shelter."
Comment: "Went out early with Deborah Sexton. Met Monica Burt at Rockledge and went back to MADD shelter where Dan ? was waiting. We went to north end of trail, but Deborah wanted to go much slower, Dan joined her and Monica and I took off. The return to MADD Shelter was quite fast, with one pretty big fall on my part. Monica and I continued to Rockledge and back to MADD shelter. Great run, and I feel even more confident in my base level."
