Interval Comment: Ran at PCo's HQ fitness center

Comment: "Started at 9/mi pace for 1 mi, then kicked it up to 7:59 for 3 more. In the 5th mile, I played with the pace a bit and ranged from 8 to 7:30 to 9 to 7. Ended with 5 miles then did weights for most muscle groups. It was a good day, everything felt great."
