Interval Comment: From Rockledge to far end of Northshore trail and back
Comment: "Great run...started out slow,(55:25 to MADD Shelter from Rockledge), then picked it up a bit (52:45 to north gate, 53:18 back to MADD) and revved it up a bit more back to Rockledge (47:16). It had been an while since I ran with a light and I really struggled with tunnel vision, as my eyes only focused on the light and not what it was illuminating! Oh well, felt great and loved the run. I ran alone the entire time and did great!"
