First chance I had to get out and see what the knee would do after the cortisone shot on Tuesday (sick, bleecccch!). Have to say that I don't think I could tell a difference. Cooler temps may have had something to do with it, but any twisting motion at all was mildly painful, and downhill running was just plain scary... and the downhills weren't all that bad (not even trails!)...
Oh well, just have to wait and see...
