Oops. A mile too long. Thought this route was 8 miles not 9....oh well, felt fabulous! 3 miles up tempo in the middle of the run, 7:25-7:10-7:11. Those last two miles felt AMAZING, almost effortless! ITBs held up pretty nice too, pleased about that.
