You may be asking, "Why do you have two separate warm ups?" Because I did my 2+ mile warm up in perfect timing to start the race including taking my start GU 10 minutes before. One problem. The race was delayed a full hour because the coning team didn't show up to do the work on Route 2.

Geez. Standing in the rain for a ton of time after warm up and GU upped.
