Another balmy day. Julia, Chris and me. We managed pretty well and threw in the sub 9 min mile at mile 14 down W Runningbrook. Chris was looking like Frosty with ice in her hair and around the head. Good morning, glad to get the run done.
Nice MP!! My 10 was as fast as I could get my legs to move. So glad this run is done!!!
