Somehow what was supposed to just be an easy 7 miles got corrupted into a 10 mile MP. Can't argue with the results, just the planning for it. Big, big crowd today. Matt, Ceci, Donnie, Bill, Marsha, Greg, Keith, Grace & Noah, Carrie, Fred and me. Saw Art, Gavin, Garstecki, Gilmore, Cary Jacobs, Judith and Ron. Busy afternoon and the first decent day since Jan 4th. Was able to run in shorts and single short sleeve shirt for most miles.
BTW, every now and then you have a good run. A confidence builder. This was one of those rare moments.
And Chris was here also for the run.
