I had the slightly longer half of the 10K. Real average of 7:29. Marsha put me in good shape for me to then run down this young guy (in his 20s) who had teamed with his Mom. He was doing 7:40s but I blasted past him. Another young guy with ear buds kept trying to keep me from passing. He was also grunting. I put him down like an old horse.
Had a good time and Marsha and I came in 2nd for Co-ed Relay.
