Notes
The last time Chris and I ran in this kind of rain it was Dirty German in 2016 and before that was B & A Marathon in 2014. This was a continuous, solid, never ending steady rain heading to strong rain at times. A slugfest of wet. Wind occasionally and we were truly soaked.
Chris had a good idea not to come back to the parking lot but instead head down the B & A trail for 7 miles and then come back to the lot at the end
Another good week on Hanson/Schauerman training schedule finished.
