Good crowd despite the impending rain. Christine, Faye, Amanda, Cecilia, Steve Mang. The rain held off until about mile 9 and then it was a steady rain. Not too bad.
Pace was more uptempo than usual Zombie.
In reflection, this was a good training run. Harder than I would normally do for Zombie but way more reassuring than the 12 mile dreadfest on Sunday. That run featured me looking like Walter Brennan just hopping along on a wooden leg. This was somewhat encouraging.
