Three words, knee bone cancer. This run was a depressor. Carrie, Chris, Greg and me. Up and down through the 10 Mile Challenge hills. Needed 16 miles and I quit at 13. I'm a quitter. Big fat quitter. Getting fattier and quittier every day.
