Notes
Notable run. Frank and Faye start early at 6:30 and get 12 miles in before meeting JB, Chris and me. I get there early and get in 2 miles, Chris gets there early and gets pre-miles. Everything is going well, my legs are tired. We get to the jig at Centennial Lake. I hear a CRACK!!. Look up and a squirrel falls on my head and then to the ground. Don't know who was more surprised. I think I may have saved its life.
DD after with Frank and JB. Chris is too busy to drink coffee with us.
