Traditional 5K in downtown Pittsburgh. Nice race, fairly flat. Kurt and I took it easy and just made it a progression run. What was funny was the people stopping for water at the first aid station that was .6 miles into the race. These weren't the walkers behind us but people who had started ahead of us.
