Was vrek moeg na die tyd. Ons het die keer van die oefeninge gedoen met 5kg weights.

Kon skaar my arms optel na die tyd.

Het pyn in linker lae rug na die klas (selfde as toe ek die klas in Desember 2013 geneem het).
