Ran for Gauteng North at the 2011 inter-provincial event in Polokwane. I technically should not have run due to being sick with infection in my upper airway (i.e. a bad cold; my heigh average hart rate is evident of the fact), but did not want to miss the experience.
The distance should have been 8km, but my team mates measured it more close to 7.5km with their GPS.
