we're gonna say 35 mins I forget, I walked the last quarter mile though as my calves were just done. It may actually be the Achilles; however, it doesn't matter much probably as I think it will go away I just have to increase my volume and frequency very gradually. Ran into the same issue a few months back when I first started getting some fitness going. I think a lot of it has to do with being 200+ lbs even if I'm pretty lean.
Edit: I think it might be my work shoes and the heel drop. I'm switching to flatter shoes permanently.
