Notes

Shoulders, bicep, back (concentration on the shoulder) with abs and legs.

This is my rotational workout - last week the concentration was the bicep and next week will be the back. I do 12 rounds of 4 sets of exercises for the upper body portion and do two of whichever the concentration is. Example this week 2 shoulders per round with one back and one bicep. Then each week just rotate to a different concentration. It would be cool to work something like that in my chest/tri day; however, I can accomplish a hint of it by just rotating exercises in and out even if it is the same muscle group. Besides that chest/tri is so freaking amazing anyway.
