Notes

Chest/Tri with a bit of bicep - then abs and only part of the leg workout

did 3 sets of 100lb dumbbell presses average 5 reps per set

3 sets of 90s average 5 or 6 reps

I think 60s for the squeeze presses after the sets with 90s

then did full pushup routine

then chest row/bicep/squeeze press/dip x 4 or 5 I think.

Cut back on the early tricep stuff to stay stronger on the bench press part which worked well. Felt very strong, might try 110s next week.
