Babysitting while Mandy teaches. Bit of a no sleep headache since I didn't get home til 1 am but weighed in at 189 so went ahead and ate rather than do another fast. Kind of thinking I may just eat when under 190 this week and do a 2nd fast if I go.over. then next week try to do at least one (hopefully) to try and push down in the 180s more. We'll see.
